Deacon Jerry Berends was installed as a deacon in 2022. Jerry has three adult children and six grandchildren. A longtime employee of Meijer, Jerry is now retired. He loves to bowl, garden, and golf. He also enjoys volunteering at church and has served in the ministry of the Calvinist Cadets for many decades.
